Eesti Kergejõustikuliit (EKJL)
The EKJL (English: Estonian Athletic Association) is the national governing body for athletics in Estonia, working under the authority of the Estonian Ministry of Culture. Founded in 1920, the EKJL is affiliated to World Athletics, European Athletics and the Estonian Olympic Committee (EOC).
In 2019 the EKJL had 69 affiliated clubs and 2,900 licensed athletes.

The EKJL aims to develop, control and organise athletics, defend the moral and material interests of Estonian athletics and to guarantee the representation of its disciplines at the international level. The members and the activities of the EKJL have grown for many years, targeting athletics as a tool for performance, entertainment and health.
In the I RUN CLEAN project, the EKJL will be responsible for national-level activities in Estonia including recruitment of ambassadors, staging workshops and communications. It will also co-lead the Ambassador Activities work package, which includes design of the workshops and preparation of the first teams of ambassadors.
