Expanding European Athletics’ innovative I RUN CLEANTM anti-doping education programme to reach the grassroots of the sport throughout Europe.
“Historically, anti-doping efforts have focused on the detection and deterrence of doping. There is, however, a growing concern that doping is occurring outside the organised sporting system; giving rise to the belief that the misuse of doping agents in recreational sport has become a societal problem and a public health issue that must be addressed.”
European Commission Study on Doping Prevention, 2014
"Since 2017, European Athletics has helped to educate Europe’s high-level athletes about the dangers of doping and making decisions that reflect the true values of sport through our innovative I RUN CLEANTM e-learning platform.
